Rhiana Laws is one of Scotland's most trusted Dance Health specialists with 20+ years experience working with the body and movement. Rhiana was invited by Scottish Ballet to devise and deliver Restore an award winning programme of movement for stress relief and trauma support for front-line NHS Health & Social Care staff during the pandemic. Rhiana is a regular guest specialist at Dumfries House Health & Wellbeing Centre's Living Well with Pain programme and offers project-based outdoor movement sessions in the Tweed valley, Scottish Borders. 

Throughout your outdoor session, Rhiana will guide and encourage you to move within your safe range at all times. There is no expectation for you to look or move a certain way - we are all individuals moving in our own  individual way.
