Expert Guidance

Rhiana Laws is one of Scotland's most trusted Dance Health specialists with 20+ years experience working with the body and movement. Rhiana was invited to devise and deliver an award winning programme of movement for stress relief and trauma support for front-line Health & Social Care staff during the pandemic, on behalf of Scottish Ballet. Rhiana is a regular guest specialist for the King's Foundation Dumfries House Health & Wellbeing Centre - Living Well with Pain programme. 

Throughout your online session, Rhiana will guide you through every aspect of the class encouraging you to move within your safe range at all times. There is no expectation for you to look or move a certain way - we are all individuals moving in our individual way.
